It’s officially HEY SIS Season!
Welcome to Sistas Seeking PHX, where social activism meets style! Founded by 3 Arizona Natives, we started off selling t-shirts to help fund a food pantry in our hometown. Fueled by a supportive community of Black Women in Phoenix, we set out to standout and establish a brand representing the Southwest City Girls! 🌵
A Non Conforming Free Thinking Black Woman goes where she wants to go, does what she wants to do, and be who she wants to be! But, something truly magical happens when she links up with other Non Conforming Free Thinking Black Women! We are movement by ourselves, but a FORCE when we’re together (shout out to Ne-yo!) A #NCFTBW is uniquely beautiful, but becomes unstoppable when she works with other likeminded Women.
Britt Glover is a proud South Phoenix Native and community strategist who accidentally launched Sistas Seeking PHX while searching for a meaningful way to connect the Women in her community. She believes in the power of using social justice to create opportunities for all, and that entrepreneurship is the new revolution.
After 15 years of working dead end jobs in corporate America, she is now on the path to full-time entrepreneurship and social activism, while encouraging other Women who desire to live a more purpose driven life, to strategically do the same. As a newbie to the fashion and retail industry, Britt instantly fell in love with seeing the excitement and joy on a customers face after having a good experience! When she’s not reading Gucci Mane’s Guide to Greatness, you’ll find her trying new recipes with her amazing husband, and 2 beautiful daughters, Brooke & Renee.
