Welcome to Sistas Seeking PHX, where culture, community, and empowerment come together! I’m Bri Glo, a proud Arizona native, social entrepreneur, and community strategist passionate about creating meaningful change in Phoenix. Sistas Seeking PHX is more than a brand—it’s a movement dedicated to uplifting Black women through fitness, fellowship, and entrepreneurship.
What started as selling culturally-inspired t-shirts to fund a local food pantry has grown into a vibrant community of over 5,000 women who are building connections, finding their purpose, and living their dreams. Our mission is to empower women to thrive spiritually, physically, and professionally while celebrating the unique beauty and culture of Phoenix.
From fitness meetups to faith-based fellowship, community service events to social gatherings, we provide opportunities for Black women in Phoenix to come together, support one another, and create lasting impact. Together, we’re changing lives—one connection, one event, and one “Hey Sis” at a time.
Join us as we continue to grow, inspire, and build a brighter future for our community.
A Non Conforming Free Thinking Black Woman is someone who defies societal expectations and norms by embracing her own individuality. She is guided by her own values, beliefs, and desires, rather than adhering to traditional roles or stereotypes. This woman is resilient, confident, and unapologetically authentic, pursuing her passions and goals with determination.
When Black Women come together, we amplify each other's strengths, creating a powerful collective force. Our collaboration fosters a supportive community where we can share ideas, inspire one another, and work toward common goals, making an even greater impact than we would individually. This unity transforms our personal power into a movement, capable of driving significant change and inspiring future generations! #NCFTBW
